re: Ann: Update on Completion of Zijin Transa... Just working out shareholding percentages with announced info.
Taking the current issued shares as in the 31 Dec Quarterly at -
693,757,973
So Zijin have bought 145,880,907 from Genorah -
They have been issued 19Million in a $1.9mill placement -
Gives Zijin 164,880,907 out of 693,757,973 which I make 23.76% now.
Then assuming the $20mill convertible notes are converted at 10c -
We have Zijin at 364,880,907 out of total issued of 893,757,973 -
so then Zijin has 40.8% of NKP.
Is that how it is or have a missed something. Has Zijin never bought any NKP on market?
