To be fair AGR does have access to a A$3.75m credit that can be drawn once construction starts. Lets say approval comes within 2 months, that loan can be used for immediate funding.
Best case is we settle pre BFS, BFS is released and then construction begins immediately after that.
AGR would almost be better to slightly delay the release of the BFS until after settlement otherwise in positive market reaction will be stunted.
