Shallow resource (less than 100 metres from surface) and good grades will make this attractive to mine rather than sell out to a bigger mining company.
The upgrade resource will come with the next update hopefully being bigger than expected.
The main issue will be the capex $$$$ required to establish mining operations and a mill. I suspect capex cost pressures will not ease until 2024 when labour is more plentiful.
If you can be patient you will be rewarded. Non of the big shareholders have exited and that tells me there is a big fat reward for patient shareholders.
