Ever increasing costs of running a profitable business are real. Fuel, transport and labour costs have possibly never been higher.
this mine site has been overlooked by others before CLZ for a reason, and it's not like the price of gold has gone crazy like some other minerals.
Problem is, people hear about a gold mine, and they think buckets of money.
Blame the saying "gold mine" for that misconception.
They also have a huge debt they have to repay also.
