i seriously doubt that they are following engineers drawings for that slab. I cant see any tie down bolts for the plant. The individual modules should be elevated above the slab on concrete to allow zero contact between standing water and the steal. An engineer would tell you exactly where the tie down bolts go, and if you drill and grout the bolts in after (because you dont know where they go), that's a sign of rank amateurism.

I can imagine in their hast to show some progress, a few months down the track, they'll leave out the bolts altogether and have various items of plant tethered by rope to the roo bars of some utes or loaders to stop it bouncing down towards Ravensthorpe.
