Release a new bunch of share 1/2 price or less to there money suppliers as and infrastructure suppliers they sell them off in .005 increments they play the game the mum and dad share holders are the real funds supplier a few weeks ago they nearly hit 1cent today they sit at .002c a drop of 80%.
