You`re probably right there but I also wonder if LDA are now having regrets and looking for a way out. With the $300000 fee not paid yet that may be the "exit stage left" for them but Im only speculating here as I havent seen the fine print on the deal. I cant imagine they would want to end up with this at any price but my opinion only. Very interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks.
