i think abacooloo is correct is stating its for services rendered already ,, but if it is indeed for services rendererred already then have we not already realised the value technically eg
1 the ghekko is on site
2 the tradies were paid shares
3 there is a shed
4 there is a concrete pad
5 they have the equiptment already to scale up to 100 ton an hour
6 they have diesel refueling capacity
7 they have a water permit
8 they have nessecary mining approvals
