I have posted several times,The most difficult thing in mine development is FID.
Brian or AAU management misunderstands the prepayment offtake as if it were too easy.
It is never easy and it is never decided quickly.
I was very curious and it was not easy.
However, FID is still in progress.
Cuba in particular is even more difficult.
First of all, if you look at the current structure of FID, either financial institutions or buyers,
or one or both, are reluctant to deal directly with Cuba, so they go through AGI.

First of all, the buyer is certain.
They buy concentrate through AGI and pay the prepayment to AGI.
I don't know about the lending institution, but they will be even more cautious than the concentrate buyer.
So both of them end up paying money to AGI or lending money.
Since they have to deal with limited institutions and companies, the probability is lower.Although the amount is small,
I understand that it is delayed due to difficulties.
However, the management either mistakenly thought it would be too easy or intentionally lied.
If it is a mistake, it is incompetence, and if it is a lie, it is bad behavior.
I hope that this will not happen in the future and that they will be honest.
I hope that FID will succeed.
