@christophe, may I ask why you are highly critical of Veriluma? What are your reasons in doubting the company and also why don't you think there is potential here? I almost feel ashamed naming these but other tech companies such as TV2 and IOT have a very similar market cap yet are most likely going nowhere.
Veriluma has agreements with Oniqua, Marketlend, GBR, RPMGI and Legal Logix. Commercial terms for Oniqua have been agreed upon and other agreements are supposedly to be finalised within H1 2017. Legal Logix is due for a February launch.
They have now secured a new contract with the DoD for a pilot project over the next 6 months. I acknowledge that the value of the contract is small, but surely the ~$125k is somewhat of a 'trial' phase?
CEO AGM presentation also states 'pending contract' with an overseas entity within the Defence sector. More importantly, there one opportunity for up to 1000 users. The previous DoD contract worth $458,370 over 3 years was for 42 users. Above reasons are why I believe the market cap is not overvalued as there are significant potential earnings
Recognition by Gartner as a cool vendor is surely not what a dud company would have?
