Me either. Just as well the US $ strengthened
before settlement. Yes we had a win on exchange
rate. No I didn’t look at details but saw $13.5 m
as a cost on books.
I am pleased with TXMD products, but still believe
we are serving two masters . Both the owner of
Annorexia IP ( 15 % ) and our ongoing costs to TXMD.
To me this is messy. We don’t know the relationship
between those two companies. As with most of our
dealings there are questions ( grey areas ). Remember
Hadrian some individuals have done very nicely out
of Mayne whilst retail shareholders have been stripped.
OK for recent holders to me it appears could be a
winner , but the market in general is most apprehensive.
. Why is that ? Our shareprice has halved since doing
deal. Why ?? Because like myself there are obviously
many awaiting some real changes in bottom line figures
and not words . Some consolidation and real progress
towards profitability. A few directors owning shares
wouldn't go unnoticed either.
Also re the $40 million We all know lawyers are expensive, but to just say is not good enough imo.
Did we get our monies worth ? Did we ?
That is a lot for a very short period. I still question
it. Anyway we are all wishing and hoping this is
a new culture and there are some professional
experienced innovators leading us and to prosperity
with Mayne.
