This is old news Joca, but yeah it has gone under the radar a little bit. It means that once the share price reaches $5.35, Rubrics can convert to shares if they wish and they will own 9 to 10% of MYX for their US$27M outlay. The total shares on issue will then go from 88M to 97M so a 10% dilution of shares. That's my assessment anyway.
