Ann: Update on Convertible Note Funding, page-42

Not suggesting anyone be "lured" into it as i figure anyone investing in IAM from this point is well aware that its a total gamble and is willing to take a pot-luck punt. I also don't believe HC will be responsible for a change in sentiment but my point being that there is probably no need to further highlight all of the failures/misgivings. There seem to be some very switched on people on this forum and i have enjoyed reading the positive as well as the negative posts ...... there will always be differing opinions and all of them are valid . It does also stick in my gut to see management of this ( and other ) companies taking a considerable wage when a stock is so obviously underperforming , they should ALL be made to take a wage freeze until they can turn a company around at which point any "frozen monies" would be then be repaid to them , this would let us shareholders know that they at least have the courage of their convictions !!
