Shouldn't that have also mean't that it should have been reported/announced to s/holders as a price sensitive announcement that there may have been this Moral Hazard issue that may have effected negotiations and imo forms part of also meeting the ongoing full disclosure requirements as part of their Co fiduciary duties....................

I wonder what George Jaja contributed to the Co overall given his past association with the CBA and whether he too was influenced by this so called "Moral Hazards" issues !!!??? ..... but as we know he resigned from the Co soon after the CBA Pilot ended..!!!
