thats my thinking behind the scheme date adjustment gives scot more due diligence time and allows cog to change there offer price ( original bidder can only change there offer under a scheme by appying to court i believe so they could have put the provision in with the sheme date change
otherwise why bids still at 55c market dseems to think something gonna happen
