I wonder if merchant really do anything at all ... I feel like they've done more harm than good. The 2 Chinese non binding MoUs doesn't sound like the work of merchant but more of ML.
And I'm starting to see the conflict of interest for ML with these options... Obviously he wasn't getting paid a salary which we already knew but not getting any options as well kinda hurts.
