I totally agree with you here mate, it is now getting to be quite a thorn in the side if only to have access to the funds tied up, not that I am worried about where BGS is headed and NO I won't be bailing out either, I have hoarded cash to get in some more if the price doesn't take off before hand.

Management have taken every possible step to rectify the mess those other p's left us in, dropping suggested time lines that haven't been met is one of my pet hates and a basic flaw in most managements of penny stocks listed on the ASX.

In saying that though, my limited dealings with the ASX and ASIC, (re: WW and the old board) were painfully cumbersome and slow...... add in the amount of time it takes them to
1: reply to an email and
2: actually ask more questions

Hopefully it won't be too long now.......
And yes I am back posting after an extended holiday
