Thanks to all Shareholders, who felt that there is something shady about the Ruifu Deal and issue of options and performance rights to friends and themselves and took their rights to resign the fraudulent WW and HB. In some way KJ is also responsible for this mess, so he had to step back. We had no other chance to bring in fast the most trustful, James McKay and Michael Langford, who initiated the corporate review to unmask this fraud. It's not the deal we expected but it was necessary and now we have the foundation to build up the cooperate structure we need to extract the values of our assets. I am sure ML will get a contract as consultant again bring on the next deal we need for the next step.
