Lol.. it is up today and will be crashing again next week.
After the failure of bard (not much hopes with renamed version either), the only real AI player in the market is OpenAI and they dont need Appen. All other players are miniscule.. it is unlikely Appen will get back to the 2020-21 numbers with their current model.. given their historical margins and now excessive need for hunting new businesses, I have my doubts that they will get to profitablity. The cost of hunting new businesses will eat into any profit they make from existing customers.
Liquidation is a real possibility here. The question is, how long?
