Yes this is true - their services contract is with Open AI and Cohere and Department of Defence
I think there is more at play here then the market is leading on.
Scale A.I cant do business in China due to National Security and it seems now it's vice versa.
Hence one office in California and three in China.
I have no problem with that - the number of Enterprises in Asia will completely engulf the U.S
