I appreciate the picture I will use it next time on a stock that depicts this
For the time being, I have baby exposure to LKE as mentioned in my posts although 12c would have been nicer
Unfortunately had insufficient funds as I am tied into another stock I am swing trading
Lithium already bouncing back up as I suspect this was purely a liquidity grab to close off some of the positions



After all, from 12th Feb to 27th Feb there were 11.8M new shortsthat were added.
On Friday, another 338k was added, so lets call it slightly more than 12M shares short. This brings the TOTAL shares short to 57.47M shares
27th Feb has been a 12c base. Someone shorted it and pushed prices higher into 14c on a Friday. Of course, stocks squeeze on Friday.

Now, we have a close of 12c where the 27th of Feb 12c Shorter has broken even or taken losses it seems.
If anyone else shorted into this red candle thinking it will breach, time will tell. For the time being whoever else added and we get another strong LIT rally this week, it would incentivise shorts to close out positions and reduce short term risk. Bodes well for LKE and all Lithium stocks for the most part in my opinion only!

I have heard this being said about EVERY lithium stock, they all had their moments didn't they? In the 7yrs I have been doing this, it's seemingly the WORST company that has the biggest spike. With 11.8+M new shortseller volume things are going to get spicy!
