FYI... IMO, I do not see this as a positive.
ASIC asking "please explain" something else one day before the Fed court hearing.
One can only imagine what KB and co have done that has catch the eye of the ASIC to ask additional questions in the eleventh hour of the court hearing.
Too many deals with the mates??? hmm
Time will tell as this Greek drama drags on and on...
