Just spoke with Jonathon
He has said it has taken a lot of time to get all the documents in order but he is almost finished. He bascially had to go through 4 years worth of trades. He is quite confident that the we can begin trading again shortly after the new year but the worst case scenario would be the court would ask for further documents.
Regarding CM, the results are not available to them as yet, I asked whether the results we currently have are commercially viable quantities and he has said that they are just under the commercially viable mark but it is promising that they had found this much so far.
Pilbara is as Taurus said above and Pardoo results not available as well. Not much chance for any results or announcements to be made before next year.
