The current board injected solid funds into QMN then ousted Howard the Founder ..Why nothing has changed and the shares have collapsed in value since Howards expertise rejected .There is mining equipment on site the holding dam was over doubled why aren't they producing Copper sulphate seeing everything is there to produce it ,At least that creates a cashflow and could attract a JV partner easier and bump up the share price .
