    How are they (Rajen et al.) going to have the SHs pay the fine caused mainly by Rajen?

    Value of each Share Rajen holds is down and money is locked because of the price depreciation of the Shares and no buyers?
    Other SHs' money are down and locked as well. People's money locked for this prlonged period of time has been used by Rajen.
    How Rajen et al. can make the SHs pay the fine caused mainly by Rajen?
    Why were the other board members and staff not fined due to their guilty of association with the fraud comitted by Rajen?

    What are the possible ways the company can pay the fine?

    How will the current ceo being one of the top holders regain his money down and locked? Do the current ceo and Rajen expect that the SP will increase?
