So they didn't present anything of substance to the Court, they were simply told what they will do, and as the announcement states, they have no plan of how they will abide by the court order. They're going to work on a plan. This was coming for over 2 years. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE A PLAN????
My concern is that this bunch don't have the talent to come up with any kind of plan. The Court should have made the doc give back his shares so it can be paid by the one who caused all this.
