Nobody will be buying on that announcement. That announcement spells out: "We have no idea how were going to pay $900,000 by November this year". Investors understand risk, but they want to hear about a plan. These muppets outright said they have no plan. They've never had a plan beyond "hope" that things will just magically happen. You can only ride on hope for so long. This company needs a leader. A CEO who can make products move, or at least update a website. The resources invested fighting ASIC would have been better placed to put this nightmare behind them. But they love an excuse for poor performance, and now they have another one... We couldn't deliver on promises because we had to pay a fine. The pressure is off for them now. They have their excuse to peddle in the next quarterly report.
