For the Mortals out there I too have been concerned about how the $40mill might be raised or if it could be. As I am not bright enough to pontificate on SM. I emailed the CEO instead. I hope he does not mind me copy and pasting here, but it seems appropriate
"Hi Ian As you will no doubt aware we are facing an uncertain time with the NZ Govt response to CoVid- 19 We are confident of the contingency funding we have in play if the L&M debt became due and payable in a short period of time We are not anticipating a equity raising at this time We have no update on the court proceedings Regards Richard"
