Ann: Update on COVID-19 - earnings guidance withdrawn, page-2

No surprise really on any points, except the last point:
We will continue to evaluate the viability of operating our domestic mines as the situation unfolds. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
Are they just talking about the viability during the next 4 weeks? (given some essential customers may tone down their operations still) or viability over the medium-longer term?

Court case judgment theoretically has a bit over 2 business days to be made available, otherwise it will be the 2nd time (possibly 3rd?) it has missed when management were apparently indicated to get a judgment (the other times being, by end of Feb, by end of March, and possibly the initial first one being by end of 2019)
