We should wait and see who the successful vendor was.
Then we must find out the difference in price between CVT and the preferred vendor.
I have worked in State and Federal Government enterprises most of my life.
I have noticed that a lot of Contracts, let by Government enterprises since the early 90s, seem to have been lower price driven, rather than Quality driven.
In England the Brexit stuff may/would have taken a lot of attention away from the POC testing.
This is only my opinion.I would presume that we have invited “ good quality hackers “ to have a go at us and have passed that test.
Unfortunately corruption is part of life.
I still am confident in our new management.
They know the ropes.
