Well it does not help when they are a constant target for criticism on the boards.  At this stage this would probably be the only place where people are aware of the existence of the exchange.

It is one thing to constructively point out issues with the exchange, but it's another to constantly flame them for not immediately changing things.  

Software updates run in versions, so as they develop the exchange they would take on feedback and fix things between each version.  Just because an issue does not immediately get resolved it does not mean that they are not aware of it or that they do not intend to fix it.  It is two weeks after launch and this is the first time anyone has ever used the exchange so there are bound to be problems. 

Crypto is not dead by any stretch of the imagination - in fact this is just the beginning.  You will have new currencies that become popular and all of them could be featured on the exchange.
