I am hearing a lot about the new management team and how it should hopefully turn things around. I wish!!

The Recruitment process is seriously flawed when the Process Managers position is given to a guy with a diesel fitters ticket and HR are continually railroaded to bring in more and more Chinese, non English speaking, workers to satisfy the COO's empire building.

The aforementioned, by the way couldn't lie straight in bed. Let's hope justice appears o the horizon soon.

Just to add there is a core of decent law abiding managers on site they may lack the balls to do anything but they do have the ability to steer CDU to safety.
