When an explorer borrows before securing finance for the main production project it often ends in tears. This announcement could be regarded as the writing on the wall. It looks as if the managers of this outfit have suddenly woken up to the fact that the coffers funding their comfortable jobs for the last I don't know how many years have started to run low, and they've gone into panic mode. Do they seriously believe that a statement of intent to borrow to fund their lifestyle for a little longer will have a positive impact on the SP?
