Beside the 95% - 5% agreement, could there be more shady agreements?
More chinese involtment Will be seen as bad news, gl goverment Will defenetly not like this..
-noted too that the 'pilot plant' in Finland, where the testbulk from kvan Will be processed, is a defifferent kind plant than the ggg planed plant in gl. Different plant, different results and different costs.
