    My main question is, can they not adapt at all? Can't pivot at all?

    Doing nothing different for ages it seems - if I was on performance pay, I'd be trying anything at this point. It's worse than a shell atm - where's the vision?

    Top down, bottom up - I've never seen a team 'wait' so much...
