I was initially optimistic about the outcome of this but it now seems quite significant and I sold today based on the potential for more negative news around:

- uncertainty around the debt facility which probably requires certain covenants to be met around profitability
- uncertainty around the further affect on revenue contracts

But overall I am surprised and disappointed that a cyber incident can create an expected $8m decline in NPBT. The announcement has not indicated how Isentia will prevent another happening. What if another incident occurs next week? Actually surprised the price has only fallen by 30% today.
