Was WKT a little premature in providing its response about the cyclone?
claiming "Cyclone Hidaya crossed the coast of southern Tanzania over the past weekend, causing widespread flooding and damaging critical infrastructure along the coast." is significantly different than detailing that 4 main bridges have been washed away and the highway was closed.
Replacing 4 bridges is not going to happen overnight.
