The performance rights were approved at the AGM so I'm guessing they are now vested, although there hasn't been a change in directors notice, maybe not necessary?
Anyway on the assumption they have been vested, and that the shares not issued in the last SPP, but still to be sold, aren't included  ( could be wrong, working on the theory they're not issued until sold) within the next 3 years we'll have to reach an average SP of 41c for the $500mil market cap condition in the Director/Management rights issue to be satisfied.
