Noodly, yes the BOOT component is not included in the overall CAPEX costs as it is to be built by others. BOOT is my largest concern with this company. The above schematic shows what is to be the BOOT facility and not constructed, financed or operated by TNG.
there have not yet been any discussions with potential companies for this BOOT component reported by TNG, and even when a potential company decides they will build and operate this, they then need to their own financing and due diligence, it all takes a large amount of time. I wish that some progress in this area is reported on by TNG.
