    Either way, holders still own Duketon, and it is not going anywhere. If STB hold off on giving back Duketon in-specie, due to any possible reduction in STB share price at ex-date, it creates a little less uncertainty for what might be considered the "greater prize" of potash. 37.5c looked to be the bottom (hardly anyone would have been able to buy at that level), and I've watched STB rising at about a half cent each day, which is good news.

    One of the new HC members who was writing on STB recently said more money could be pumped into Duketon, and indeed, if STB kept both assets *for now*, and potash was sold, as per my "guessing/hoping" post, then the company could give out the great wad of cash to holders, but still keep some to add to working on Duketon assets, and then there would be no capital raising needed.

    It's just a model I am thinking of, and it would require the asset sale of potash. I do think the bottom was in back then, though. STB at around this level is not expensive.
