In South Australia, most Brumby's outlets are located within OTR stores. It wouldn't surprise me if Peregrine (OTR's parent company) has considered running the ruler over Brumby's. Although I couldn't see Peregrine/OTR being comfortable with being master franchisors with franchisees under them (all of OTR's stores are company owned, I believe).
