Can't fathom how they reckon a sale will be "completed" on 24 May when it's seemingly conditional on a successful capital raising of $8.5 million?
Further, where is the prospectus for this CR? Surly it should be lodged with the ASX? (assuming to more than just SIs?)
Who are going to be the new directors?
