I am not sure you got this right. It was sort of alive until this and now seems near to death. They had over a year and didn’t manage to find out an option to recapitalise until this one they announced in February which now has gone belly up !

Now to find another one in 11 days ? Think this is the final burial rites underway !

This is a total Con job and never I have seen a company going into liquidation after a CR few weeks ago and declaring full production ! I got sucked in in the last week before VA and now my $25K is gone not thin air ! Lucky is the seller who sold to me and salvaged some of his/her money !

Unfortunately we wouldn’t get much from the toothless tiger the regulatory body ASIC and now wonder these will keep happening again unless a Royal commission is called similar to the Banking fraud investigation.
