    I have kept an eye on this co since stumbling on it through a misplaced letter of the alphabet. Note that payment of the balance over the $2m deposit was always via an equity raising and the payment was guaranteed by their biggest holder. Pity they did not provide a comprehensive account but could be CIC and /or comes under exceptions to disclosure requirements.
