If there are multiple shareholders, as stated over 100 in Israeli law then they still need to publicise all financials and announcements. I think there would still be a few hundred shareholders and we know company's revenues were well in excess of the share price, enterprise valve. Just couldn't gain any market traction here in Australia, so makes sense to delist from the ASX.

company might be sold off, off market later on at a price multiple much higher than the pieces as listed on the ASX, which could be why major shareholders or backers haven't divested shares.

I'm so far underwater on it, can still take the SMSF Capital gains loss on it. Then hold the remaining shares off market, which will reflect still to my ownership entity. Though off market, and potential gains then can still be input into my SMSF.

Mixed bag, not ideal. but have larger fish to fry regardless

I decided to hold on and take my chances too. That last report was excellent revenue growth and indicative of some real momentum.
Will be interesting to see how it turns out.
