    We already know that the project has been labeled as to big not to build, so I definitely confident that with a bit of patience we will see a lot of interest in NC1 as either a TO or a JV.

    Personally I think a TO is more likely to happen but we just need to see the updated PFS come out with some real juicy numbers.
