Anyone know why fmg backed out of this one? Will be interesting to see whether or not this is all just posturing and fmg ccomes back with a lower offer.
Perhaps just buying the 25% without paying a premium for shares is a wiser move anyway. Buying their assets at low prices.
Seems odd that this just died without explanation, hopefully fmg makes an announcement
