IMO it had to do with OBL not yet owning 100% of Derby Block, nor yet to finalize Native Title.
Additionally there was possible a stumbling block on price. Personally given the little monies (for FMG), my bet was/is on OBL yet to secure the above. OBL also allege other interest from Majors (O&G) if or when they own 100% of Derby.
Apparently according to OBL, FMG may resume interest, when (if) OBL meet the above.
All of the above is my speculation on it from reading various reports. Possibly more to it, but the first paragraph may be the biggest stumbling block. Seems a few may be interested in it but only IF they meet that criteria. I wouldn't want to be holding OBL at open tomorrow as they may be in for a southern ride.
