Good Morning Bruce 13,

Yes I started at the age of 16 as an assistant to surveyors and geologists after I migrated with my parents from Egypt. I also studied at the Kalgoorlie School of Mines and it was a fascinating part of my life and career. I will be 74 in February, now supposedly retired and re reading geology and other related sciences and enjoying the daylights out of it.

I also like to contribute and share some of my experiences and knowledge of this wonderful industry with others and enjoy reading much of the discourse that is posted on this forum and other forums. I particularly enjoy reading about the grip your good wife has on your investments. not unlike my wife's grip on watching my diet as I am a gourmet who has endured heart problems which are very well managed by my specialists and family. I am lucky to be in this, the best country on the planet and plan to enjoy the next 30 years.

Keep up your optimism and good humor in your posting Bruce and I am sure ABU will give you your boat. I might even come fishing with you some time.
