USD200k in shareholder funds at risk........if you search “alamako dispute guinea”, you’ll find the nortec situation from 2018–2020.....in my opinion, if the funds can't be recovered, it raises serious concerns about due diligence, oversight, and governance.........it’s reasonable for shareholders to ask how this deal was approved, given the nortec history already in the public domain......all imo........ dyor.
